Welcome To The Wildly Infused Soapbox!

Welcome to the holler!!  I am so glad you have found your way to our little corner of West Virginia.

For years, the hum and rush of city life was our backdrop, but we always felt a pull toward something quieter and slower--something more connected to the land.  And here we are!  That dream became our reality.  Here in the holler we're relearning the rhythms of the seasons, aiming to raise our own food and live as intentionally as possible.

This business isn't just about making products; it's an extension of our farm.  When I'm not tending to the garden or animals, you'll likely find me foraging through the woods or harvesting homegrown herbs.  Whether it's wild-harvested plantain or garden-grown calendula, these plants are the heart of my products.  Every year I aim to grow more and more of my own herbs so one day I won't have to buy them from other sources.

I believe in using what the land provides.  That's why I take the time to render my own fats, sourced directly from our farm or our neighbors.  Using high-quality, local tallow and lard isn't just a nod to traditional craftsmanship; it's a way to ensure our skincare is nutrient-dense, sustainable, and truly "farm-to-skin".

Our skin is our largest organ, and it deserves to be nourished, not just covered..especially for those of us that deal with skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis.  That's how this all started after all.  Through this blog, I want to pull back the curtain on:

  • The Power of Plants: Why specific herbs and foraged botanicals make a difference.
  • Traditional Fats: The incredible benefits of using animal fats for skin health.
  • Slow Living: Stories for our WV farm and the importance of knowing where your products come from.

We've traded sirens for birdsong and concrete for soil, and I can't wait to share the "quiet life" with you through the products I pour my heart and soul into.

Talk To You Soon

God Bless!!
